Heavenly Glazed Carrots

  • 1 lb. peeled baby carrots
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons Raspberry Jalapeño Ambrosia

Steam carrots in basket over boiling water for approximately 8 minutes or until crisp and tender. Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in Raspberry Jalapeno Ambrosia. Add carrots to pan and toss gently to coat. Reheat in pan and serve warm.

Serves 4.
